By using Shopling you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What Shopling is

Shopling is a tool that helps Etsy sellers optimize their own listings: it generates titles, tags, and descriptions, scores listings, and offers related features. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish to your shop.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the Chrome add-on on an Etsy shop, you confirm you are authorized to manage that shop.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Shopling only for your own shop or shops you are authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Shopling to violate Etsy's policies or any law.

4. No guarantee of results

Shopling helps your listings get found, but no tool can guarantee sales, rankings, or revenue. Your photos, pricing, product, and many factors outside our control affect results. Search-volume figures and estimates are provided as guidance, not promises.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor.
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on a first paid purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Shopling and its content are ours. The listings and content you create remain yours.

7. Liability

Shopling is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may stop using Shopling at any time.
